In Personalized Widget layout have a message who say ' Your theme have 3 another areas of widget but this particular page don't show them'. What can i do to allow the areas ?

that would mean the Footer Widgets have been adjusted either in the Customizer > Layout > Footer --> Footer Widgets or using either the Layout Meta Box:
