Unfortunately it looks like a lot of the premium theme needs translating: https://translate.generatepress.com/glotpress/projects/gp-premium/fr/fr_fr/

Hopefully as time goes on more of our French-speaking users can contribute translations.

Do you need after to make a plugin update to update the translation?

We’re working on a better solution for updating translations, as the plugin file size really suffers with all of the translations added.

For now, they can be manually added: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/uploading-translations/
