Buenas tardes,
Me gustaría saber cómo modificar/eliminar el botón indicado en la imagen. Asimismo, también me gustaría saber cómo puedo eliminar el duplicado de las entradas, como también se puede ver en el link. He estado buscando opciones pero no las encuentro.

To remove the button, go to dashboard > WPSP > Header, remove the Read more text:

The duplicated section doesn't exist in the default template, it might be something added by you accidently.
