Generatepress license problem with wordpress

I have a problem when trying to activate the license on my site wen I do the steps to activate generatepress premium, I try to enter my license password but it is not saved in wordpress, so I cannot access the premium features, I need help

can you disable any caches or security plugins / services and then retry.
