GeneratePress child theme - Header Edition

Hi!
I want to edit the header of my website removing a default Woocommerce cart and the menu of the website to include it inside another hook. None of my remove_action doesn't work and I don't know what I'm doing wrong, could someone help me?

Can you show us your site?
If the cart is added by GP, you can remove it at customizer > layout > Woocommerce, uncheck the Display cart in menu box.
And what are the remove_action functions not working and what are you trying to remove?
