GeneratePress blog style overwriting Elementor?

Hi,
I am running the Generate Press Premium theme with Elementor Pro. I've created a template for my blog posts in Elementor Pro and specified that it should apply to all my blog posts, but the styling isn't being applied. Instead I think I have the default Generate Press styling.
I have cleared the browser cache and I don't have any caching plugins installed yet. The post previews ok from within the Elementor editor but not on the blog page itself.
Can you help me troubleshoot this issue?

Hi there,
When something works in preview but not on live site, it's usually a caching issue.
Do you mind checking with Elementor first to see if everything is set up correctly?
The theme itself shouldn't interfere if everything is set up correctly on the Elementor side.
