[Support request] GeneratePress and WP-Rocket – What settings are recommended + exclusions?

I saw that for Autoptimize there is a dedicated guide on how to set it up, however, many of us are using WP-Rocket. So, what are the recommended settings and what files should we exclude from CSS or javascript modification.

Hi there,

we don’t have a guide for setting up WP Rocket, the Theme itself loads minimal codes, so most of the configuration you require will be based on the plugins and content you add to your site. Which makes each configuration bespoke to your needs.

Some pointers with WP Rocket:

1. Optimized CSS delivery and Unused CSS can can cause CLS issues unless you know how to manually configure it. Which again is based on your site build.

2. Minification and delaying Javascript can cause issues with things like mobile toggles. To make sure the GP mobile menu isn’t affected you can exclude:
