Something I've noticed with Generateblocks, it doesn't allow you to dictate the width of the grid like other blocks do.
A way I've found to edit this personally is by having the grid selected, and adding the CSS alignwide for that grid.
Not exactly a support ticket, but more of a suggestion for ease-of-use.

thats correct - we recommend placing the Grid within a Container Block if you want to adjust its width.
