GenerateBlocks remove spacing

I have created on a test site page at https://stg-theherbsplace-thpstaging.kinsta.cloud/ahmfaith which is a header that is on over a 100 pages. Before I touch each page I need to get the spacing between the image and the title of the page reduced and the image moved down off the top of the page.
