generateblocks not showing in block inserter

Have the latest theme/plug-in cleared cache, WP 6.1, and nothing. I only have this one plug-in, GP Premium.
When I go to block inserter, generateblocks isn't showing up.
I am working on a localHost environment using Local, if that makes any difference.

Can you make sure the free GenerateBlocks plugin is installed and activated?

Then you should see them in the block editor:
