Generateblocks margin being added

Hi, I'm playing around with the new blocks plugin and struggling with something.
Any idea why I'd have top margin added to some blocks?
I've added URL below, if you take a look you'll see 25px of white space between header and the 1st block.
The same is happening with some Qubely blocks i've added.
Is this is a GP thing, have i missed a setting?
