GenerateBlocks : Grid - All Same Height
3 replies · Started by Thomas on February 10, 2021
Hi there
I have decided to update an old page on my site to one using a GenerateBlocks Grid.
I was hoping for the 3 blocks to be roughly the same height but I can't seem to find that setting (if one exists)?
The page can be found at : https://tbni.blog/?page_id=13964
I tried to add an 'Read more' but that didn't work.
Any ideas please if it is possible to change the blocks within the grid to just tidy up the layout and have the like of a read more or expand option to show the entire post?
Thanks
Hi there,
documentation here for GenerateBlocks Grid Block:
https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/grid-overview/#editing-the-grid-block
If the Vertical Alignment is set to Default then all Grid Blocks will remain the same height. As you can see if you give them a background color.
If you need any further assistance can your raise a topic in the GB Support forum(s):

Or you can join our GB Community:

Thanks for that David,
I had read that document and my grid blocks are actually all the same height.
I will start a thread in the other forum, what I am actually trying to achieve is shorten the blocks - so looking a way to reduce the size so they are all the same - not some with huge empty spaces at the end.
Thanks again
I couldn't see the link you provided - it when to a not found.
But just for reference this old topic ( before GB support forum existed ) provides one solution:

If not we'll look out for the GB topic.
