GenerateBlocks default padding issues

Hi Robert,
That code will apply as a default to ALL Container block paddings.
If that's the intent then that should be enough but if you have a specific condition then you may have to resort to custom CSS instead and apply its CSS selectors to specific containers instead of changing the defaults. :D
