GenerateBlocks /Container vs Getwid Blocks /Section

Hello
I am using the Getwid blocks with the GeneratePress theme.
Is it better to use the Getwid Section block or the generateBlocks Container and Grid block?

thats a a loaded question :)
Personally i am going to say GenerateBlocks - we built it with the same lightweight approach as we did GP. I can't say the same for how GetWid was built.
