The Query Loop Block can easily be design through the Block Settings.
For instance, here’s a short screen recording I made showing how to design one quickly: https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOudBv21
Since you have GB Pro, you can also use the Patterns Library to import a ready-made Query Loop Block. Example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuXvmv7
As shown, the new Query Loop Block boasts designing capabilities much more flexible the WPSP offers.
Hope this clarifies!
Pattern library is awesome.
I have a lot of articles and some of them have images in old sizes. Images already rank in google, so I don't want to change them.
Is there a shortcode or something I can add so that all grids have equal sized images?
I have attached a photo to show you how I mean.
Now the grids have different alignment due to bad sized images. Can it expand or something?
Hi there,
if you select the GB Image Block that is inside the query loop - in it settings you can set a specific width and height of the image and set the Object Fit to cover. This will resize and crop ( if necessary ) the images to the size you set.
I have a issue with pattern library.
I customized exactly how I needed and published home page. In edit window and preview window it shows fine. But after publishing it oes completely weird with big images and single post.
I used same whole container with pattern library on another new page and that seems to come fine after publishing. But on homepage it's completely getting messed up.
Have attached screenshots..
I had to revert homepage back as its live page.
Can you open a support ticket in GB's pro support system here?
https://generateblocks.com/support/
Thanks!
I did submit it twice. It is not very friendly there. I have no confirmation if the request was submitted or no way to check a open ticket.
Can you please check or help me out here?
I see your ticket in GB's system.
We will get to it shortly.
Unfortunately the Pattern Library is a GB pro feature so it needs to be handled separately.
Thanks for your understanding :)
How can I check the ticket there? I have no place to check it.
Hmm GB's system doesn't have this feature currently.
Someone from our team has answered your support ticket though so you should see it in your e-mail :)
