GenerateBlock - Fill vertical space in a container

I have tried everything: Setting minimum height on the inner container, using flex, it doesn't seem to work. Is there a way to bottom-align the buttons in the grid attached so the content fills the whole vertical space? It's the grid further down the page under the Services heading.
