Generate_Menu_Bar_Items Hook is missing from element

hello,
while trying to a button to my menu using a hook element, I noticed the generate_menu_bar_items was completely missing. Im using one of my other sites for reference and with virtually all the exact same plugins and theme, the option is there in between generate_mobile_cart_items & generate_before_navigation. any idea what could be going on? Im using the latest versions of generatepress and GP premium.

Can you make sure you are using Flexbox version of the theme under Customizer > General?
