It says the premium module is not available.

Hi there,
we do not have a phone support team.
We provide some documentation that may help.
First off, please note there are two stages:
1. The Free GeneratePress Theme has to be Installed. This document explains:

2. The GeneratePress Premium Plugin has to be installed.
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/
Once installed and Activated you can go to Appearance > GeneratePress to enable the Modules.
