Generate Blocks vs. Elements

Hi.
Just trying to understand these two tools. They are TWO different ways of building/designing a web page.
I can build out different areas of your web page -- like a footer -- and then hook them wherever I want with Elements module?
And Generate Blocks allows me to build the different parts of a web page in place like a page builder?
Will Generate Blocks Pro allow us to save containers we create as templates?

GenerateBlocks Pro will provide Templates. And the ability to create and save your own.
That advantages of using an Element over adding content directly to the post content is that there is one place to edit or remove them. If you build content in your post and in the future you wanted to remove them, then currently, you would need to edit each post containing them.
