Generate blocks, step 1

Hi there,

first thing is to install the plugin.
Go to Dashboard > Plugins and Add New, in the search field enter: generateblocks once found install and activate it.

Once that's done you will have access to the 4 blocks ( Container, Grid, Headline and Buttons ) in the block editor.

David, generate blocks doesn't come up. Ultimate blocks, Gutenberg Blocks, WP Munich Blocks. No Generate Blocks. Please advise, thanks.

If so, can you try uploading it manually through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin? You can get a copy of the plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/generateblocks/

Hey again. Ok, I have used Elementor extensively in the past but I'm having quite a bit of an issue getting started in GP and GB. I have Mike Oliver's vids open for Introduction to Generate Blocks and Introduction to Elements, but as with most vids, these don't begin at the beginning. He's explaining block manager but in my new page there is no block manager menu. What I have is your plain vanilla WP add a page layout. No GB anywhere. No elements, containers, etc. Can you direct me to your tutorials that get me started? I haven't found anything that starts at square 1. Thanks.

Watching another Oliver vid, he says I'm just going to drop in a container, goes to the + symbol and has the GB elements available. I don't have those. How to get? There is some very basic information not covered by anything I can find. Thanks

Actually just getting my WP to load the key and let me activate modules would be a great first step. I've looked at the video titles but have never seen one that starts at the beginning and works it way through step by step. If you have one please advise. Thanks.
