Generate blocks footer / 2 blocks in one row when move to mobile

Hello,
I tried to make footer with 5 blocks. I used this tutorial while doing it.
Created container first, then a grid.
When i go to mobile each grid shown in 1 row. But since they are narrow they can be shown 2 blocks in 1 row.
How i can set it with generateblocks?
I have solved it by doing 50% for each block for tablet and mobile.

I have a very similar question, but I couldn't find out what "doing 50% for each block for tablet and mobile" means. Where can we exactly change this setting?
