Generate Blocks Crashing on Generate CSS

Any clue that this error was? It's a new site I just started on my local machine so I don't have a test site. I created a page and initially added a container and grid and then decided to move the paragraph and image blocks out of the container onto the page and deleted the grid and container blocks.
