GenarateBlock can't make marge with header

At Element option , I can create header and it can easily marge with header(logo and navigation). Now I setup generateblock and tried creating page-hero using page-hero template. But i can't marge those blocks with header.
I want to use genarateblocks page-hero templates with marge header logo and navigation.

Hi there,

Currently, it's not possible - you will still need to create an empty header element to merge the header and content:

This is definitely something we will be improving. The block element is still at a very early stage of development.
