Geek Theme Changing Name of Category

Hi,
I'm currently using the Geek Theme.
I would like to change the name in the Primary Navigation from "Blog" to "Home". Although I have successfully done this in the widgets, when I click on the link or the main header url and taken to the main homepage, the word "Blog" still appears instead of "Home".
How can I change this so it reads "Home"?
Thank you.
Hi there,
Geek uses a Block Element - Page Hero:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-page-hero/
Found in Appearance > Elements its tilted: Archives/Blog Category Filter
The thing is its using a Dynamic Headline to Display the Title, which for the home page will default to Blog.
So will need to:
1. Remove the Blog display rule location on the existing element.
2. Create a duplicate of that element specifically for the Blog / Home page where you do not use a dynamic headline and just type in the title you want.
Hi,
I have been unable to change the name. All I want to do is change the name from "Blog" to "Home". Why can't I do this? Can you tell me where this one name is located so I could change it?
I remember switching from Divi to GeneratePress for exactly this reason. A simple change took days. When I came to GeneratePress things seemed simpler. Now I'm beginning to have this same type of problem with GeneratePress.
Hi David,
Let's try this:
1. Create a new blank page, name it Home, no content is needed for this page.
2. Go to customizer > Homepage Settings, choose a static page for your Your homepage displays, leavehomepage option as it is, choose Homeas posts page:

Let me know if it works.
Hi Ying!
Yes, that seems to work! However, will it still show my latest posts on the Home page?
Thank you)
Yes, it will :)
