Gaps on the side of hero image on home page

Hi there,
I am a newbie and using the library template to build my site.
I just added a Hero template to the home page but there are gaps on each side of the hero image.
I used Chrome's developer tool and it seems that the .inside-article class has been applied.
I wonder how I can exclude this class from the home page?
Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Ok - for that page, set the Content Container to Full Width:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/content-container/
This will make it full width and remove the themes padding.
Then you can construct your page with the GB ContainerBlocks for the various sections, like you have with the hero, which will automatically be full width,
Make sure to give the Container Blocks some left/right padding so their content doesn't touch the edge of the viewport on small screens.
