gaps introduced in my post after upgrading to GP Premium 2.0.0 beta 1

I have provided a reference link for a part. My site blog posts were fine without any gaps after paragraphs> Now i have upgraded the GP Premium to 2.0.0 Beta 1 and it introduced gaps in all the posts.
Can you please advice.

Thanks I applied this fix. I haven't visited all of my posts. Mostly should be fine.
That code should apply to all empty P elements. So it should work everywhere.
