Gap at bottom of Post

Hi everyone,
On the page below which is a post, there is a gap at the bottom.
This keeps popping up for me, and there have been a couple of reasons, but this one has me stumped...

Hi there,
that space comes from the Customizer > Layout > Container - Bottom padding.... BUT don't change that ... when creating full width Layouts you should set the Content Container to Full Width:

This will remove all Theme Padding and will make any Container Blocks you add full Width.
Then use the GB Container Block for each of your 'sections' - looks like you need one without a background color for the main text content, followed by a second Container Block that has a background color for the Biography
