GA code under the footer

Hi,
After the theme update the GA tracking code appeared under the footer and it won't go away even after several plugin deactivation and cache refreshing.
I tried deactivating these plugins:
- Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
- WP Fastest Cache (possible minify js. issue)
The issue wasn't solved.

Why could this happen after the theme update?

Hi,
I found out that the issue was caused by recently updated "Cookie notice" plugin.
Nothing wrong with the theme.
