[Resolved] FullScreen Body Background Image

Hi all,

I will try to explain this as accurate as possible 🙂

I would like to use a background image to cover entire screen. Currently I set the background image with following settings:

Customize –> Background Images
– No Repeat
– 100% Width
– Fixed

But when doing that it does leave the bottom part uncovered depending on the browser size. Is there a way to add a background image that is fixed so that the content is scrollable but the background image stays in place and covers all of the screen?

Hi there.

you would need to set the Size to Cover
This does mean that some of the image will get cropped depending on the aspect ratio of the viewers browser – but there isn’t anything you can do about that.

thanks for taking the time to help. okay in that case I will adjust the background image to be as long as needed in order not to get cropped 🙂
