Full width row like in sections

When using the section builder you can select a section to be full page width, to flow outside of the normal page container. Is this possible with a div class without using the sections builder? I want to create a full width div without using sections but have the rest of the page in it's normal container.

Sorry I want the contained page template for for normal content not full width. But with your sections builder you can choose to have a section as full width. I was wondering if this can be done without using the builder.
You don't have to use page builder to use the options I linked above.
Try checking the full width option and you should be able to see how it works.
