Full-Width Not Working

I created a page, but I'm not able to get the full-width working. I have an element that sets the max-width to 900px, but I've disabled it for this page. I did something similar for my homepage, and it works fine for the full-width hero image.
I set the container to Full-Width also, and the container padding to zero also. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here
