Full Width Image Blog Post

I believe sections do not work on blog posts so if I want a full width image or an image in center with background color on either side of it, what would be the best way to do it? It should be after header / navigation.

Sections do work on posts. Are you experiencing problem with it?
Hi Tom,
The post section (visual / text) disappears soon as I enable sections in admin. I also don't see blog post on page either when sections are enabled.
You need to click button Add Section to add sections.
I am aware of that but blog post disappears when I enable or add a section.
ahh you need to copy the content over and paste it into the first section or divide it however you want.
