full width image before footer-bar

Hi Support,
I would like to display a photo (300px height, full-width) before the footer-bar.
A photo without any text on it and the photo should be different per page (using the featured image to make it easy for my client).
I've been trying the Elements option, but got stuck.
Can you tell me how to achieve this? Thanks.
Hi there,
are you using the Block Editor ? If so we can use a Block Element. Let me know
Yep, I'm using the block editor thanks.
OK so you can use a Block Element, and start with a Page Hero:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-page-hero/
Except you will then change the Element Type to Hook. And set the Hook to: before_footer
Did that and it works, thank you David.
but I think that there is no option to make it work using the featured image of the pages? (so I'll have to create a separate element for each page?)
You can use the dynamic background option in the container block of GenerateBlocks:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/dynamic-data/#dynamic-background
Thanks Leo, that works fine.
No problem :)
