Full-width image above (a contained) container + sidebar

As the title says, I'd like to create a post layout that has a full-width image above both the main content & right sidebar. I've tried looking through multiple previous threads but none of them have worked for my use case.
Added an example in the private information section.

You can insert a full-width container to your posts using a block element - page hero.
