I am hoping this is an easy question, I hope. I am using Beaver Builder and when I add content in the rows it leaves space on the left (as if there were a sidebar there, which there is not). If I try to move the row over to the left it will not go. I assume that I must have something wrong in the way I have GP set up.

    Hi Cristo,

Is your Sidebar Layout on that page set to Content (no sidebars)?

Conatiner width is 1311 and set to content/no sidebars.

What about the Full Width Content setting in Page Builder Integration box?
It’s located above the Featured Image box on the bottom right corner.

Your row you added the content to looks like it’s set to fixed width.

Look for a setting in Beaver Builder to make it fluid/full width instead.

Also, so far on the page it doesn’t look like Beaver Builder is needed. I would only use it when you’re using features on the page that require it.

Thanks everyone. Maybe I am trying to make it too complicated. I just want something that works so that I can concentrate on content. I probably need to learn the basics of GP a bit more.

Maybe I don’t need Beaver Builder at all then. All I want to know is how to add content to the sidebar area on my site. I would want to add html for a Google Adense ad, perhaps a photo album, and then sometimes an html for an Amazon ad. Each page would be unique, so I cannot use widgets (at least I finally learned that!).

Same goes for the bottom widget area…need to ad a map to most pages…I did that by adding the code, and then to the right of that usually an html widget for another Google Adsense ads.

You can use the widgets in “Appearance > Widgets”.

If you’re adding HTML like ads, you can use the “Text” widget.

Let me know if that helps or not 🙂
