Full width container backround color

Hello,

I want to create a full width container with a blue background color. Inside that container I want to add 'contained text'. I tried to create that but I still have white borders next to the text container. What am I doing wrong here?

Hi David,

Where can I find these options? If I click Appearance > Customize > Layout > Container I don't see an option to set the set the Content Container to full width.

Its in the Post Editor - the meta box will be in the right hand sidebar.
