Full Screen with sidebar meny

Hello Tom!
Now with the Menu+, i was wondering if you can make a full screen with a leftsidebar with menu and the right side is the content?
Having the header/logo in the left/right sidebar is a feature I'm looking at integrating into GP as soon as possible.
Once that happens, it will integrate into Menu+ to achieve something like that screenshot :)
