[Resolved] full posts showing instead of excerpts

Hi

I am having the same problem as:

but the solution of the “more” tag is not good for me.

I got hundreds of post without “more” and with hand crafted “excerpts”. I would like to see this excerpt and the read more button as default.

Any way of doing some “filtering” here?

No, not at all. It did not change a thing, I am surprised Cecilia says it worked!

My blog options are:
Content type: Excerpt,
Excerpt word count: 55,
Read more label: Read more.

It is curious because it works, and worked before, with my CPT’s.

FOUND!

The posts I imported came with “post-format” set to “image”, I globally changed them to “standard”…
This did it…

I tried to create a “content-image.php” in my child theme, but this did not make it…

theme-functions.php line 149 !!!

Not sure what were doing but it’s not good to edit the theme-functions.php as it won’t be saved through updates.
