[Resolved] Full posts in search results

Hello all,

I am using Ultimate WP Query Search Filter to filter my posts (just pictures). However, after a search, only the title and excerpt of the posts shows up in the results. How can I get complete posts to show up in the search results. This is a volunteer project I’m doing for a professor, and I have zero experience with code, so please bear with me lack of web developer knowledge.

Hi there,

First, install and activate a child theme: http://generatepress.com/api/themes/generatepress_child.zip

Second, save this file as content-search.php: https://gist.github.com/generatepress/a12b5d716938324ed1a1

Then, upload this new file to your child theme folder.

That should be it 🙂
