[Support request] Full Page Height

Hello, All

Is there a way to force GP to display a page at full height? My new client has minimal content and many of the pages do not extend to the full height of a desktop monitor. This often leaves the footer bar floating above the bottom of the screen – which looks awful.

I’ve seen a number of jQuery hacks to correct this but is there a solid GP specific fix that would work even better?
