Mike
Hello, i have the strange problem that i can’t use a background on a container at the front page. I of course cleared all caches aviable multiple times. even manually the hosting provider one. And put off all plugins and tried again.
If i put a container at a “home2” page, everything functions fine. But when i put that “home2” page as the front page, it is fine aswell, but when i try to change it, it won’t do any difference in the front side of the site. The old image still exists there even when i put a completely different image in the background.
When i delete that container and put a new one there with a different image, the whole site is screwed. As the background don’t show up and the cropping is out of place; when i put in the container, which is a full witdh one, a headline and center it, the text is on the whole left side of the site and no background in sight.I hope i explained my problem clearly and if there are some questions open, i’m open.
Thank you in advance and kindest regards,

Hi Leo,
thanks for that fast reply. The domain is “https://safeblackout.com/”, and the page that works with the same container is “https://safeblackout.com/home3/”.
thank you!

StaffCustomer SupportThe second link you provided redirects to the first link so I’m not seeing any differences between the two links.
I’m also seeing some console errors on the page which isn’t coming from GP:
https://www.screencast.com/t/F2EiIq3cOCan you disable all plugins except GenerateBlock for us to take a look first?

The sablou link comes from bunny.net for the CDN support. I Cleared the cache there and deactivated all plugins.
the second link were https://safeblackout.com/home3/
but now even that container is screwed.

StaffCustomer SupportI don’t see a “container” in the linked page at all – it’s just the default title plus a headline block:
https://www.screencast.com/t/Rm5pqm18h0r0Are you saying that you cannot apply any background color to the headline block?

Oh i feel dumb now, i played with some plugin de and reactivation. The LiteSpeed Cache Plugin causes the problem. When i activate it, the background is gone. When i activate it it appears.
Thank you so much for your help. Do you have any idea, which setting causes that problem? maybe the lazyload image? Or some Image Optimization?

StaffCustomer SupportI doubt it’s a setting related to images as the background color are CSS.
I would just toggle on/off each setting to try to find the problematic one.
