do you know a way how i use a background video that is played frame by frame when scrolling?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, that will require some pretty substantial custom coding.

I'm not aware of a plugin that offers this functionality either.

If the effect is required, then I'd recommend looking for a developer using a service like this and see if anyone can help:
