Found an issue with our generatepress marketer theme

When we're going to open our website, there is find an issue with a header like (Open a form for just 1 sec after disapper).
You can see an image in the give below.

In the above-given pic you can see our website ( https://Inlist.PK ).
In Header Section you can see the form.
I don't know why is there.
I've installed this theme on many other websites, but this website shows this.
Our website also down in GOogle.

GP obviously wouldn't add something like that - your other sites suggested the same as well.

And make sure nothing is added in Appearance > Elements.
