Forms not showing on sidebar and footer

Any chance you can provide us more details? Screen recordings or screenshots will be a lot of help in figuring this out.

How are you adding the forms? It is from a Hook Element or Block element?

i am seeing this CSS on your site:

.site-info {
    display: none;
}

which is removing the footer bar where your widget is located.
If you can remove that CSS we can take a look at why the script is not loading.

David, I remove it but it is the same...

It started to happen after I changed theme from GP to HeadBlog. Then I returned to GP and that problem appears..

Can you try using a HTML Widget instead of a Text Widget.

Yes, and nothing. As you can see on first picture before saving there is on sidebar

but after changings dissapear

I did it! I just delete cache plugin called Lite Speed!
