[Resolved] Form and Footer Bar

I am using the Arctic theme from the site library. In the customiser under colors there is a control for “forms” – do i need to install a specific plugin to use this control?

I have a second question – I cannot get the footer bar to work. Please take a look . I have disabled header and footer script plugin and it did not work.

Not sure if I fully understand.

The Forms colors control the comment form by default.

You certainly don’t need to install another plugin just so you can use those options.

As for the footer bar question, what exactly isn’t working?
