since we moved to GP and GB Pro, our forms don't seem to work properly.

Hi there,
what exactly is the issue ? I just tried the form and it submitted and confirmed 'Thank you for your message. We will get in touch with you shortly' the submission .... not seeing any errors related to the form in the developers console either.
