Form Browse button does not work in some browsers

When I click BROWSE for an image -- it does not seem to work on an android phone or IE10 but does work in Firefox
any ideas why the Browse button does not navigate to your default IMAGE folder like it does in Firefox ?

I'm not too sure as I didn't develop the form - have you checked with the developer?
still waiting for a reply from them -- taking over 5 days now..grr that's why your so good with mini fixes

Works well for me in Chrome, but if it's not working in IE or android it's most likely a scripting issue they need to take care of.
