Force two images across on mobile

In the WooCommerce category pages the images on the grid display five across on desktop and two across on mobile.
On the homepage I am using a Gutenberg block from WooCommerce to display images. The block has controls for number of images across and the number of rows.
As I bring the display width in and make it narrower, eventually it displays just one image across on mobile.
Is there a way in Generate Press to dictate that it displays no fewer than two images across no matter how small a scree view?

GP cannot control the layout from WooCommerce blocks unfortunately.
Can you check with their support first?
