I created a global footer with Elements as Block – Hook / generate_footer, and created this with WMPL for 2 languages.
In the footer I have added links to other pages, both footers are individually created.
The links only work with the last saved Elements (if I save this one of the first language, links doesn’t run in the second language one)

    Whats wrong

    Hi Marcel,

Seems you accidently removed the inner container z-index of the container block.

Can you try set the background image to Element, publish, then Set it back toPseudo element?
This action should regenerate the z-index value.
