Footer widgets

Since buying and activating the GP Premium, my site shows 3 footer widgets wether I choose 0,1,2,3,4 or 5. I've tried deleting all the settings and starting again to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is this happening on a page or a post?

Is it happening on every single page, or just one?

If just one, do you have a footer widget setting specified for that single page? If so, it will override whatever you have set in the Customizer.

oops, it was a on a page and yes it was set there. Thanks again. Great theme by the way.
